    dccp: Fix out of bounds access in DCCP error handler

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dccp: Fix out of bounds access in DCCP error handler There was a previous attempt to fix an out-of-bounds access in the DCCP error handlers, but that fix assumed that the error handlers only want to access the first 8 bytes of the DCCP header. Actually, they also look at the DCCP sequence number, which is stored beyond 8 bytes, so an explicit pskb_may_pull() is required.

    smc: Fix use-after-free in tcp_write_timer_handler().

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smc: Fix use-after-free in tcp_write_timer_handler(). With Eric's ref tracker, syzbot finally found a repro for use-after-free in tcp_write_timer_handler() by kernel TCP sockets. [0] If SMC creates a kernel socket in __smc_create(), the kernel socket is supposed to be freed in smc_clcsock_release() by calling sock_release() when we close() the parent SMC socket. However, at the end of smc_clcsock_release(), the kernel socket's sk_state might not be TCP_CLOSE. This means that we have not called inet_csk_destroy_sock() in __tcp_close() and have not stopped the TCP timers.

    nfc: pn533: Clear nfc_target before being used

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfc: pn533: Clear nfc_target before being used Fix a slab-out-of-bounds read that occurs in nla_put() called from nfc_genl_send_target() when target->sensb_res_len, which is duplicated from an nfc_target in pn533, is too large as the nfc_target is not properly initialized and retains garbage values. Clear nfc_targets with memset() before they are used. Found by a modified version of syzkaller. mmc: atmel-mci: fix return value check of mmc_add_host()

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mmc: atmel-mci: fix return value check of mmc_add_host() mmc_add_host() may return error, if we ignore its return value, it will lead two issues: 1. The memory that allocated in mmc_alloc_host() is leaked. 2. In the remove() path, mmc_remove_host() will be called to delete device, but it's not added yet, it will lead a kernel crash because of null-ptr-deref in device_del(). So fix this by checking the return value and calling mmc_free_host() in the error path.

    RISC-V: Make port I/O string accessors actually work

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RISC-V: Make port I/O string accessors actually work Fix port I/O string accessors such as `insb', `outsb', etc. which use the physical PCI port I/O address rather than the corresponding memory mapping to get at the requested location, which in turn breaks at least accesses made by our parport driver to a PCIe parallel port such as: PCI parallel port detected: 1415:c118, I/O at 0x1000(0x1008), IRQ 20 parport0: PC-style at 0x1000 (0x1008), irq 20, using FIFO [PCSPP,TRISTATE,COMPAT,EPP,ECP] causing a memory access fault: Unable to handle kernel access to user memory withou

    scsi: hpsa: Fix possible memory leak in hpsa_init_one()

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: hpsa: Fix possible memory leak in hpsa_init_one() The hpda_alloc_ctlr_info() allocates h and its field reply_map. However, in hpsa_init_one(), if alloc_percpu() failed, the hpsa_init_one() jumps to clean1 directly, which frees h and leaks the h->reply_map. Fix by calling hpda_free_ctlr_info() to release h->replay_map and h instead free h directly.

    PCI: Fix pci_device_is_present() for VFs by checking PF

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI: Fix pci_device_is_present() for VFs by checking PF pci_device_is_present() previously didn't work for VFs because it reads the Vendor and Device ID, which are 0xffff for VFs, which looks like they aren't present. Check the PF instead. Wei Gong reported that if virtio I/O is in progress when the driver is unbound or "0" is written to /sys/.../sriov_numvfs, the virtio I/O operation hangs, which may result in output like this: task:bash state:D stack: 0 pid: 1773 ppid: 1241 flags:0x00004002 Call Trace: schedule+0x4f/0xc0 blk_mq_freeze_queue_wait+0x69/0xa0

    s390/vfio-ap: fix memory leak in vfio_ap device driver

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/vfio-ap: fix memory leak in vfio_ap device driver The device release callback function invoked to release the matrix device uses the dev_get_drvdata(device *dev) function to retrieve the pointer to the vfio_matrix_dev object in order to free its storage. The problem is, this object is not stored as drvdata with the device; since the kfree function will accept a NULL pointer, the memory for the vfio_matrix_dev object is never freed. Since the device being released is contained within the vfio_matrix_dev object, the container_of macro will be used to retrieve its pointe
