blk-throttle: Set BIO_THROTTLED when bio has been throttled

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: blk-throttle: Set BIO_THROTTLED when bio has been throttled 1.In current process, all bio will set the BIO_THROTTLED flag after __blk_throtl_bio(). 2.If bio needs to be throttled, it will start the timer and stop submit bio directly. Bio will submit in blk_throtl_dispatch_work_fn() when the timer expires. But in the current process, if bio is throttled. The BIO_THROTTLED will be set to bio after timer start. If the bio has been completed, it may cause use-after-free blow. BUG: KASAN: use-after-free in blk_throtl_bio+0x12f0/0x2c70 Read of size 2 at addr ffff88801b8902d4 by

pinctrl: renesas: core: Fix possible null-ptr-deref in sh_pfc_map_resources()

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pinctrl: renesas: core: Fix possible null-ptr-deref in sh_pfc_map_resources() It will cause null-ptr-deref when using 'res', if platform_get_resource() returns NULL, so move using 'res' after devm_ioremap_resource() that will check it to avoid null-ptr-deref. And use devm_platform_get_and_ioremap_resource() to simplify code.

powerpc/rtas: Keep MSR[RI] set when calling RTAS

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: powerpc/rtas: Keep MSR[RI] set when calling RTAS RTAS runs in real mode (MSR[DR] and MSR[IR] unset) and in 32-bit big endian mode (MSR[SF,LE] unset). The change in MSR is done in enter_rtas() in a relatively complex way, since the MSR value could be hardcoded. Furthermore, a panic has been reported when hitting the watchdog interrupt while running in RTAS, this leads to the following stack trace: watchdog: CPU 24 Hard LOCKUP watchdog: CPU 24 TB:997512652051031, last heartbeat TB:997504470175378 (15980ms ago) ... wifi: mac80211: fix use-after-free in chanctx code

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: fix use-after-free in chanctx code In ieee80211_vif_use_reserved_context(), when we have an old context and the new context's replace_state is set to IEEE80211_CHANCTX_REPLACE_NONE, we free the old context in ieee80211_vif_use_reserved_reassign(). Therefore, we cannot check the old_ctx anymore, so we should set it to NULL after this point. However, since the new_ctx replace state is clearly not IEEE80211_CHANCTX_REPLACES_OTHER, we're not going to do anything else in this function and can just return to avoid accessing the freed old_ctx.

    dlm: fix plock invalid read

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dlm: fix plock invalid read This patch fixes an invalid read showed by KASAN. A unlock will allocate a "struct plock_op" and a followed send_op() will append it to a global send_list data structure. In some cases a followed dev_read() moves it to recv_list and dev_write() will cast it to "struct plock_xop" and access fields which are only available in those structures. At this point an invalid read happens by accessing those fields. To fix this issue the "callback" field is moved to "struct plock_op" to indicate that a cast to "plock_xop" is allowed and does the additional

RDMA/hfi1: Fix potential integer multiplication overflow errors

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/hfi1: Fix potential integer multiplication overflow errors When multiplying of different types, an overflow is possible even when storing the result in a larger type. This is because the conversion is done after the multiplication. So arithmetic overflow and thus in incorrect value is possible. Correct an instance of this in the inter packet delay calculation. Fix by ensuring one of the operands is u64 which will promote the other to u64 as well ensuring no overflow.
