In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: APEI/GHES: ensure that won't go past CPER allocated record The logic at ghes_new() prevents allocating too large records, by checking if they're bigger than GHES_ESTATUS_MAX_SIZE (currently, 64KB). Yet, the allocation is done with the actual number of pages from the CPER bios table location, which can be smaller. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: ufs: core: Flush exception handling work when RPM level is zero Ensure that the exception event handling work is explicitly flushed during suspend when the runtime power management level is set to UFS_PM_LVL_0. When the RPM level is zero, the device power mode and link state both remain active. Previously, the UFS core driver bypassed flushing exception event handling jobs in this configuration. This created a race condition where the driver could attempt to access the host controller to handle an exception after the system had already entered a deep power-down state

While the code comment states "daemon thread must exist", there is a valid race condition window during the MD array startup sequence (md_run): 1. bitmap_load() is called, which invokes md_cluster_ops->join(). 2. join() starts the "cluster_recv" thread (recv_daemon). 3. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: EFI/CPER: don't go past the ARM processor CPER record buffer There's a logic inside GHES/CPER to detect if the section_length is too small, but it doesn't detect if it is too big. Currently, if the firmware receives an ARM processor CPER record stating that a section length is big, kernel will blindly trust section_length, producing a very long dump. For instance, a 67 bytes record with ERR_INFO_NUM set 46198 and section length set to 854918320 would dump a lot of data going a way past the firmware memory-mapped area. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fbdev: of: display_timing: fix refcount leak in of_get_display_timings() of_parse_phandle() returns a device_node with refcount incremented, which is stored in 'entry' and then copied to 'native_mode'. When the error paths at lines 184 or 192 jump to 'entryfail', native_mode's refcount is not decremented, causing a refcount leak. Fix this by changing the goto target from 'entryfail' to 'timingfail', which properly calls of_node_put(native_mode) before cleanup.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gfs2: fiemap page fault fix In gfs2_fiemap(), we are calling iomap_fiemap() while holding the inode glock. This can lead to recursive glock taking if the fiemap buffer is memory mapped to the same inode and accessing it triggers a page fault. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: libertas: fix WARNING in usb_tx_block The function usb_tx_block() submits cardp->tx_urb without ensuring that any previous transmission on this URB has completed. If a second call occurs while the URB is still active (e.g. during rapid firmware loading), usb_submit_urb() detects the active state and triggers a warning: 'URB submitted while active'. Fix this by enforcing serialization: call usb_kill_urb() before submitting the new request. This ensures the URB is idle and safe to reuse.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu/amd: move wait_on_sem() out of spinlock With iommu.strict=1, the existing completion wait path can cause soft lockups under stressed environment, as wait_on_sem() busy-waits under the spinlock with interrupts disabled. Move the completion wait in iommu_completion_wait() out of the spinlock. wait_on_sem() only polls the hardware-updated cmd_sem and does not require iommu->lock, so holding the lock during the busy wait unnecessarily increases contention and extends the time with interrupts disabled.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HID: prodikeys: Check presence of pm->input_ep82 Fake USB devices can send their own report descriptors for which the input_mapping() hook does not get called. In this case, pm->input_ep82 stays NULL, which leads to a crash later. This does not happen with the real device, but can be provoked by imposing as one.

This occurs because _ep_nuke() returns requests to the gadget layer without properly unmapping DMA buffers or cleaning up scatter-gather bounce buffers. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: i2c/tw9906: Fix potential memory leak in tw9906_probe() In one of the error paths in tw9906_probe(), the memory allocated in v4l2_ctrl_handler_init() and v4l2_ctrl_new_std() is not freed. Fix that by calling v4l2_ctrl_handler_free() on the handler in that error path.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: kcm: fix zero-frag skb in frag_list on partial sendmsg error Syzkaller reported a warning in kcm_write_msgs() when processing a message with a zero-fragment skb in the frag_list. When kcm_sendmsg() fills MAX_SKB_FRAGS fragments in the current skb, it allocates a new skb (tskb) and links it into the frag_list before copying data.
