    btrfs: remove BUG_ON()'s in add_new_free_space()

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: btrfs: remove BUG_ON()'s in add_new_free_space() At add_new_free_space() we have these BUG_ON()'s that are there to deal with any failure to add free space to the in memory free space cache. Such failures are mostly -ENOMEM that should be very rare. However there's no need to have these BUG_ON()'s, we can just return any error to the caller and all callers and their upper call chain are already dealing with errors. So just make add_new_free_space() return any errors, while removing the BUG_ON()'s, and returning the total amount of added free space to an optional u64 pointe

    media: v4l2-core: Fix a potential resource leak in v4l2_fwnode_parse_link()

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: v4l2-core: Fix a potential resource leak in v4l2_fwnode_parse_link() If fwnode_graph_get_remote_endpoint() fails, 'fwnode' is known to be NULL, so fwnode_handle_put() is a no-op. Release the reference taken from a previous fwnode_graph_get_port_parent() call instead. Also handle fwnode_graph_get_port_parent() failures. In order to fix these issues, add an error handling path to the function and the needed gotos.

    keys: Fix linking a duplicate key to a keyring's assoc_array

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: keys: Fix linking a duplicate key to a keyring's assoc_array When making a DNS query inside the kernel using dns_query(), the request code can in rare cases end up creating a duplicate index key in the assoc_array of the destination keyring. It is eventually found by a BUG_ON() check in the assoc_array implementation and results in a crash. Example report: [2158499.700025] kernel BUG at ../lib/assoc_array.c:652! Fix it by using check_shl_overflow() in the same way that it was done in commit 515f60004ed9 ("RDMA/hns: Prevent undefined behavior in hns_roce_set_user_sq_size()").

    ipv6: ensure sane device mtu in tunnels

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: ensure sane device mtu in tunnels Another syzbot report [1] with no reproducer hints at a bug in ip6_gre tunnel (dev:ip6gretap0) Since ipv6 mcast code makes sure to read dev->mtu once and applies a sanity check on it (see commit b9b312a7a451 "ipv6: mcast: better catch silly mtu values"), a remaining possibility is that a layer is able to set dev->mtu to an underflowed value (high order bit set). This could happen indeed in ip6gre_tnl_link_config_route(), ip6_tnl_link_config() and ipip6_tunnel_bind_dev() Make sure to sanitize mtu value in a local variable before it
