Upgrading to version 6.0 is able to address this issue. The patch is named 7c705fde418d68cca4e8eff56be01b2617b0d6fe. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
Mobile Security Framework (MobSF) has a SSRF Vulnerability fix bypass on assetlinks_check with DNS Rebinding
Mobile Security Framework (MobSF) is a pen-testing, malware analysis and security assessment framework capable of performing static and dynamic analysis. The mitigation for CVE-2024-29190 in valid_host() uses socket.gethostbyname(), which is vulnerable to SSRF abuse using DNS rebinding technique. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.3.2.
A vulnerability classified as critical was found in PyTorch 2.6.0. This vulnerability affects the function torch.lstm_cell. The manipulation leads to memory corruption. The attack needs to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
Path Traversal in AWS SAM CLI allows file copy to local cache
After completing a build with AWS Serverless Application Model Command Line Interface (SAM CLI) which include symlinks, the content of those symlinks are copied to the cache of the local workspace as regular files or directories. As a result, a user who does not have access to those symlinks outside of the Docker container would now have access via the local workspace.
Users should upgrade to version 1.134.0 and ensure any forked or derivative code is patched to incorporate the new fixes. After upgrading, users must re-build their applications using the sam build --use-container to update the symlinks.
Path Traversal in AWS SAM CLI allows file copy to build container
When running the AWS Serverless Application Model Command Line Interface (SAM CLI) build process with Docker and symlinks are included in the build files, the container environment allows a user to access privileged files on the host by leveraging the elevated permissions granted to the tool. A user could leverage the elevated permissions to access restricted files via symlinks and copy them to a more permissive location on the container.
Users should upgrade to v1.133.0 or newer and ensure any forked or derivative code is patched to incorporate the new fixes.
A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in PyTorch 2.6.0. This affects the function torch.jit.script. The manipulation leads to memory corruption. It is possible to launch the attack on the local host. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
A vulnerability was found in PyTorch 2.6.0. It has been rated as critical. Affected by this issue is the function torch.nn.utils.rnn.unpack_sequence. The manipulation leads to memory corruption. Attacking locally is a requirement. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
A vulnerability was found in PyTorch 2.6.0. It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function torch.nn.utils.rnn.pad_packed_sequence. The manipulation leads to memory corruption. Local access is required to approach this attack. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in PyTorch 2.6.0+cu124. Affected by this issue is the function torch.mkldnn_max_pool2d. The manipulation leads to denial of service. An attack has to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment. The security policy of the project warns to use unknown models which might establish malicious effects.
Mesop Class Pollution vulnerability leads to DoS and Jailbreak attacks
Mesop is a Python-based UI framework that allows users to build web applications. A class pollution vulnerability in Mesop prior to version 0.14.1 allows attackers to overwrite global variables and class attributes in certain Mesop modules during runtime. This vulnerability could directly lead to a denial of service (DoS) attack against the server. Additionally, it could also result in other severe consequences given the application's implementation, such as identity confusion, where an attacker could impersonate an assistant or system role within conversations. This impersonation could potentially enable jailbreak attacks when interacting wi
Synapse vulnerable to federation denial of service via malformed events
Synapse is an open source Matrix homeserver implementation. A malicious server can craft events which, when received, prevent Synapse version up to 1.127.0 from federating with other servers. The vulnerability has been exploited in the wild and has been fixed in Synapse v1.127.1. No known workarounds are available.
Django TomSelect incomplete escaping of dangerous characters in widget attributes
### Summary
User supplied values passed through to certain attributes in form widgets are not fully escaped for potentially dangerous tokens, and in some cases are rendered in browser as valid html tags.
### Details
Attributes passed to the widget (such as `label_field`) containing `<`, `>`, and similar tokens are not fully escaped. This results in some raw values reaching the widget, and rendering in part or fully.
For example, a label of: `"Test User <script>I can pass this to the label_field and it gets rendered</script>"` is rendered in the choices's label visually as `"Test User "` with the trailing space, and what appears as an un-exe
Frappe has possibility of SQL injection due to improper validations
Frappe is a full-stack web application framework. Prior to versions 14.93.2 and 15.55.0, a SQL Injection vulnerability has been identified in Frappe Framework which could allow a malicious actor to access sensitive information. Versions 14.93.2 and 15.55.0 contain a patch for the issue. No known workarounds are available.
Frappe vulnerable to information disclosure leading to account takeover
Frappe is a full-stack web application framework. Prior to versions 14.89.0 and 15.51.0, making crafted requests could lead to information disclosure that could further lead to account takeover. Versions 14.89.0 and 15.51.0 fix the issue. There's no workaround to fix this without upgrading.
Frappe has Possibility of Remote Code Execution due to improper validation
Frappe is a full-stack web application framework. Prior to versions 14.91.0 and 15.52.0, a system user was able to create certain documents in a specific way that could lead to remote code execution. Versions 14.9.1 and 15.52.0 contain a patch for the vulnerability. There's no workaround; an upgrade is required.
