    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: igmp: Fix data-races around sysctl_igmp_llm_reports. While reading sysctl_igmp_llm_reports, it can be changed concurrently. Thus, we need to add READ_ONCE() to its readers. This test can be packed into a helper, so such changes will be in the follow-up series after net is merged into net-next. if (ipv4_is_local_multicast(pmc->multiaddr) && !READ_ONCE(net->ipv4.sysctl_igmp_llm_reports))

    iavf: Fix handling of dummy receive descriptors

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iavf: Fix handling of dummy receive descriptors Fix memory leak caused by not handling dummy receive descriptor properly. iavf_get_rx_buffer now sets the rx_buffer return value for dummy receive descriptors. Without this patch, when the hardware writes a dummy descriptor, iavf would not free the page allocated for the previous receive buffer. This is an unlikely event but can still happen. be2net: Fix buffer overflow in be_get_module_eeprom

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: be2net: Fix buffer overflow in be_get_module_eeprom be_cmd_read_port_transceiver_data assumes that it is given a buffer that is at least PAGE_DATA_LEN long, or twice that if the module supports SFF 8472. However, this is not always the case. Fix this by passing the desired offset and length to be_cmd_read_port_transceiver_data so that we only copy the bytes once.

    spi: bcm2835: bcm2835_spi_handle_err(): fix NULL pointer deref for non DMA transfers

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: spi: bcm2835: bcm2835_spi_handle_err(): fix NULL pointer deref for non DMA transfers In case a IRQ based transfer times out the bcm2835_spi_handle_err() function is called. Since commit 1513ceee70f2 ("spi: bcm2835: Drop dma_pending flag") the TX and RX DMA transfers are unconditionally canceled, leading to NULL pointer derefs if ctlr->dma_tx or ctlr->dma_rx are not set. Fix the NULL pointer deref by checking that ctlr->dma_tx and ctlr->dma_rx are valid pointers before accessing them.

    KVM: Don't null dereference ops->destroy

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: Don't null dereference ops->destroy A KVM device cleanup happens in either of two callbacks: 1) destroy() which is called when the VM is being destroyed; 2) release() which is called when a device fd is closed. Most KVM devices use 1) but Book3s's interrupt controller KVM devices (XICS, XIVE, XIVE-native) use 2) as they need to close and reopen during the machine execution. The error handling in kvm_ioctl_create_device() assumes destroy() is always defined which leads to NULL dereference as discovered by Syzkaller. This adds a checks for destroy!=NULL and adds a miss

    netfilter: conntrack: re-fetch conntrack after insertion

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: conntrack: re-fetch conntrack after insertion In case the conntrack is clashing, insertion can free skb->_nfct and set skb->_nfct to the already-confirmed entry. This wasn't found before because the conntrack entry and the extension space used to free'd after an rcu grace period, plus the race needs events enabled to trigger.

    zsmalloc: fix races between asynchronous zspage free and page migration

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: zsmalloc: fix races between asynchronous zspage free and page migration The asynchronous zspage free worker tries to lock a zspage's entire page list without defending against page migration. Since pages which haven't yet been locked can concurrently migrate off the zspage page list while lock_zspage() churns away, lock_zspage() can suffer from a few different lethal races. It can lock a page which no longer belongs to the zspage and unsafely dereference page_private(), it can unsafely dereference a torn pointer to the next page (since there's a data race), and it can obs
