media: solo6x10: fix possible memory leak in solo_sysfs_init()

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: solo6x10: fix possible memory leak in solo_sysfs_init() If device_register() returns error in solo_sysfs_init(), the name allocated by dev_set_name() need be freed. As comment of device_register() says, it should use put_device() to give up the reference in the error path. So fix this by calling put_device(), then the name can be freed in kobject_cleanup().

usb: host: xhci: Fix potential memory leak in xhci_alloc_stream_info()

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: host: xhci: Fix potential memory leak in xhci_alloc_stream_info() xhci_alloc_stream_info() allocates stream context array for stream_info ->stream_ctx_array with xhci_alloc_stream_ctx(). When some error occurs, stream_info->stream_ctx_array is not released, which will lead to a memory leak. We can fix it by releasing the stream_info->stream_ctx_array with xhci_free_stream_ctx() on the error path to avoid the potential memory leak.

This indicates that urb->context, which contains struct si470x_device object, is freed when si470x_int_in_callback() is called. The cause of this issue is that si470x_int_in_callback() is called for freed urb. si470x_usb_driver_probe() calls si470x_start_usb(), which then calls usb_submit_urb() and si470x_start(). If si470x_start_usb() fails, si470x_usb_driver_probe() doesn't kill urb, but it just frees struct si470x_device object, as depicted be

It is implied that an allocated remain_skb is processed and subsequently freed (in error paths) only during the next call of ath9k_hif_usb_rx_stream(). So, if the urbs are deallocated between those two calls due to the device deinitialization or suspend, it is possible that ath9k_hif_usb_rx_stream() is not called next time and the allocated remain_skb is leaked. Our local Syzkaller instance was able to trigger that. remain_skb makes sens

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/swap: fix swap_info_struct race between swapoff and get_swap_pages() The si->lock must be held when deleting the si from the available list. Otherwise, another thread can re-add the si to the available list, which can lead to memory corruption. The only place we have found where this happens is in the swapoff path. This case can be described as below: core 0 core 1 swapoff del_from_avail_list(si) waiting try lock si->lock acquire swap_avail_lock and re-add si into swap_a

netfilter: conntrack: Avoid nf_ct_helper_hash uses after free

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: conntrack: Avoid nf_ct_helper_hash uses after free If nf_conntrack_init_start() fails (for example due to a register_nf_conntrack_bpf() failure), the nf_conntrack_helper_fini() clean-up path frees the nf_ct_helper_hash map. When built with NF_CONNTRACK=y, further netfilter modules (e.g: netfilter_conntrack_ftp) can still be loaded and call nf_conntrack_helpers_register(), independently of whether nf_conntrack initialized correctly. This accesses the nf_ct_helper_hash dangling pointer and causes a uaf, possibly leading to random memory corruption. This patch gua
