usb: gadget: ncm: Avoid dropping datagrams of properly parsed NTBs

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: gadget: ncm: Avoid dropping datagrams of properly parsed NTBs It is observed sometimes when tethering is used over NCM with Windows 11 as host, at some instances, the gadget_giveback has one byte appended at the end of a proper NTB. When the NTB is parsed, unwrap call looks for any leftover bytes in SKB provided by u_ether and if there are any pending bytes, it treats them as a separate NTB and parses it. But in case the second NTB (as per unwrap call) is faulty/corrupt, all the datagrams that were parsed properly in the first NTB and saved in rx_list are dropped. Add

netfilter: nft_flow_offload: reset dst in route object after setting up flow

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nft_flow_offload: reset dst in route object after setting up flow dst is transferred to the flow object, route object does not own it anymore. Reset dst in route object, otherwise if flow_offload_add() fails, error path releases dst twice, leading to a refcount underflow.

firewire: nosy: ensure user_length is taken into account when fetching packet contents

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: firewire: nosy: ensure user_length is taken into account when fetching packet contents Ensure that packet_buffer_get respects the user_length provided. If the length of the head packet exceeds the user_length, packet_buffer_get will now return 0 to signify to the user that no data were read and a larger buffer size is required. Helps prevent user space overflows.

    Bluetooth: l2cap: fix null-ptr-deref in l2cap_chan_timeout

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: l2cap: fix null-ptr-deref in l2cap_chan_timeout There is a race condition between l2cap_chan_timeout() and l2cap_chan_del(). When we use l2cap_chan_del() to delete the channel, the chan->conn will be set to null. But the conn could be dereferenced again in the mutex_lock() of l2cap_chan_timeout(). As a result the null pointer dereference bug will happen. The KASAN report triggered by POC is shown below: [ 472.074580] ================================================================== [ 472.075284] BUG: KASAN: null-ptr-deref in mutex_lock+0x68/0xc0 [ 472.075308

Bluetooth: Fix use-after-free bugs caused by sco_sock_timeout

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: Fix use-after-free bugs caused by sco_sock_timeout When the sco connection is established and then, the sco socket is releasing, timeout_work will be scheduled to judge whether the sco disconnection is timeout. The sock will be deallocated later, but it is dereferenced again in sco_sock_timeout. As a result, the use-after-free bugs will happen. The root cause is shown below: Cleanup Thread | Worker Thread sco_sock_release | sco_sock_close | __sco_sock_close | sco_sock_set_timer

usb: aqc111: check packet for fixup for true limit

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: aqc111: check packet for fixup for true limit If a device sends a packet that is inbetween 0 and sizeof(u64) the value passed to skb_trim() as length will wrap around ending up as some very large value. The driver will then proceed to parse the header located at that position, which will either oops or process some random value. The fix is to check against sizeof(u64) rather than 0, which the driver currently does. The issue exists since the introduction of the driver.

netfilter: nf_tables: use timestamp to check for set element timeout

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_tables: use timestamp to check for set element timeout Add a timestamp field at the beginning of the transaction, store it in the nftables per-netns area. Update set backend .insert, .deactivate and sync gc path to use the timestamp, this avoids that an element expires while control plane transaction is still unfinished. .lookup and .update, which are used from packet path, still use the current time to check if the element has expired. And .get path and dump also since this runs lockless under rcu read size lock. Then, there is async gc which also needs to

net: gtp: Fix Use-After-Free in gtp_dellink

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: gtp: Fix Use-After-Free in gtp_dellink Since call_rcu, which is called in the hlist_for_each_entry_rcu traversal of gtp_dellink, is not part of the RCU read critical section, it is possible that the RCU grace period will pass during the traversal and the key will be free. To prevent this, it should be changed to hlist_for_each_entry_safe.

    xen-netfront: Add missing skb_mark_for_recycle

It is believed that fixes tag were missing a call to page_pool_release_page() between v5.9 to v5.14, after which is should have used skb_mark_for_recycle(). Since v6.6 the call page_pool_release_page() were removed (in commit 535b9c61bdef ("net: page_pool: hide page_pool_release_page()") and remaining callers converted (in commit 6bfef2ec0172 ("Merge branch 'net-page_pool-remove-pa

ALSA: emu10k1: Fix out of bounds access in snd_emu10k1_pcm_channel_alloc()

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: emu10k1: Fix out of bounds access in snd_emu10k1_pcm_channel_alloc() The voice allocator sometimes begins allocating from near the end of the array and then wraps around, however snd_emu10k1_pcm_channel_alloc() accesses the newly allocated voices as if it never wrapped around. This results in out of bounds access if the first voice has a high enough index so that first_voice + requested_voice_count > NUM_G (64). The more voices are requested, the more likely it is for this to occur. This was initially discovered using PipeWire, however it can be reproduced by callin

sched/debug: fix dentry leak in update_sched_domain_debugfs

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched/debug: fix dentry leak in update_sched_domain_debugfs Kuyo reports that the pattern of using debugfs_remove(debugfs_lookup()) leaks a dentry and with a hotplug stress test, the machine eventually runs out of memory. Fix this up by using the newly created debugfs_lookup_and_remove() call instead which properly handles the dentry reference counting logic.
