    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: Check stream before comparing them [WHAT & HOW] amdgpu_dm can pass a null stream to dc_is_stream_unchanged. It is necessary to check for null before dereferencing them. This fixes 1 FORWARD_NULL issue reported by Coverity.

    drm/amd/display: Fix index out of bounds in degamma hardware format translation

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: Fix index out of bounds in degamma hardware format translation Fixes index out of bounds issue in `cm_helper_translate_curve_to_degamma_hw_format` function. The issue could occur when the index 'i' exceeds the number of transfer function points (TRANSFER_FUNC_POINTS). The fix adds a check to ensure 'i' is within bounds before accessing the transfer function points. If 'i' is out of bounds the function returns false to indicate an error. Reported by smatch: drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/../display/dc/dcn10/dcn10_cm_common.c:594 cm_helper_translate_curve_to_de

    resource: fix region_intersects() vs add_memory_driver_managed()

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: resource: fix region_intersects() vs add_memory_driver_managed() On a system with CXL memory, the resource tree (/proc/iomem) related to CXL memory may look like something as follows. 490000000-50fffffff : CXL Window 0 490000000-50fffffff : region0 490000000-50fffffff : dax0.0 490000000-50fffffff : System RAM (kmem) Because drivers/dax/kmem.c calls add_memory_driver_managed() during onlining CXL memory, which makes "System RAM (kmem)" a descendant of "CXL Window X". This confuses region_intersects(), which expects all "System RAM" resources to be at the top l

    btrfs: wait for fixup workers before stopping cleaner kthread during umount

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: btrfs: wait for fixup workers before stopping cleaner kthread during umount During unmount, at close_ctree(), we have the following steps in this order: 1) Park the cleaner kthread - this doesn't destroy the kthread, it basically halts its execution (wake ups against it work but do nothing); 2) We stop the cleaner kthread - this results in freeing the respective struct task_struct; 3) We call btrfs_stop_all_workers() which waits for any jobs running in all the work queues and then free the work queues. Syzbot reported a case where a fixup worker resulted in a c

    tpm: Clean up TPM space after command failure

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tpm: Clean up TPM space after command failure tpm_dev_transmit prepares the TPM space before attempting command transmission. However if the command fails no rollback of this preparation is done. This can result in transient handles being leaked if the device is subsequently closed with no further commands performed. Fix this by flushing the space in the event of command transmission failure.

    nilfs2: fix potential oob read in nilfs_btree_check_delete()

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nilfs2: fix potential oob read in nilfs_btree_check_delete() The function nilfs_btree_check_delete(), which checks whether degeneration to direct mapping occurs before deleting a b-tree entry, causes memory access outside the block buffer when retrieving the maximum key if the root node has no entries. This does not usually happen because b-tree mappings with 0 child nodes are never created by mkfs.nilfs2 or nilfs2 itself. However, it can happen if the b-tree root node read from a device is configured that way, so fix this potential issue by adding a check for that case.

    PCI: keystone: Fix if-statement expression in ks_pcie_quirk()

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI: keystone: Fix if-statement expression in ks_pcie_quirk() This code accidentally uses && where || was intended. It potentially results in a NULL dereference. Thus, fix the if-statement expression to use the correct condition. [kwilczynski: commit log]

    RDMA/cxgb4: Added NULL check for lookup_atid

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/cxgb4: Added NULL check for lookup_atid The lookup_atid() function can return NULL if the ATID is invalid or does not exist in the identifier table, which could lead to dereferencing a null pointer without a check in the `act_establish()` and `act_open_rpl()` functions. Add a NULL check to prevent null pointer dereferencing. Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

    net: seeq: Fix use after free vulnerability in ether3 Driver Due to Race Condition

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: seeq: Fix use after free vulnerability in ether3 Driver Due to Race Condition In the ether3_probe function, a timer is initialized with a callback function ether3_ledoff, bound to &prev(dev)->timer. Once the timer is started, there is a risk of a race condition if the module or device is removed, triggering the ether3_remove function to perform cleanup. The sequence of operations that may lead to a UAF bug is as follows: CPU0 CPU1 | ether3_ledoff ether3_remove | free_netdev(dev); | put_devic
