In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ima: Handle error code returned by ima_filter_rule_match() In ima_match_rules(), if ima_filter_rule_match() returns -ENOENT due to the rule being NULL, the function incorrectly skips the 'if (!rc)' check and sets 'result = true'. The LSM rule is considered a match, causing extra files to be measured by IMA. This issue can be reproduced in the following scenario: After unloading the SELinux policy module via 'semodule -d', if an IMA measurement is triggered before ima_lsm_rules is updated, in ima_match_rules(), the first call to ima_filter_rule_match() returns -ESTALE. Fix that by freeing the urb before freeing the hw structure. Also change the error paths to use the goto ladder style. Compile tested only. Issue found using a prototype static analysis tool.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: can: j1939: j1939_tp_tx_dat_new(): fix out-of-bounds memory access In the j1939_tp_tx_dat_new() function, an out-of-bounds memory access could occur during the memcpy() operation if the size of skb->cb is larger than the size of struct j1939_sk_buff_cb. This is because the memcpy() operation uses the size of skb->cb, leading to a read beyond the struct j1939_sk_buff_cb. Updated the memcpy() operation to use the size of struct j1939_sk_buff_cb instead of the size of skb->cb. This ensures that the memcpy() operation only reads the memory within the bounds of struct j1939_sk_

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: rtl8xxxu: Fix memory leaks with RTL8723BU, RTL8192EU The wifi + bluetooth combo chip RTL8723BU can leak memory (especially?) when it's connected to a bluetooth audio device. The busy bluetooth traffic generates lots of C2H (card to host) messages, which are not freed correctly. To fix this, move the dev_kfree_skb() call in rtl8xxxu_c2hcmd_callback() inside the loop where skb_dequeue() is called. The RTL8192EU leaks memory because the C2H messages are added to the queue and left there forever. (This was fine in the past because it probably wasn't sending any C2H mess

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_tables: fix underflow in chain reference counter Set element addition error path decrements reference counter on chains twice: once on element release and again via nft_data_release(). Then, d6b478666ffa ("netfilter: nf_tables: fix underflow in object reference counter") incorrectly fixed this by removing the stateful object reference count decrement. Restore the stateful object decrement as in b91d90368837 ("netfilter: nf_tables: fix leaking object reference count") and let nft_data_release() decrement the chain reference counter, so this is done only once.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/rxe: Fix the error "trying to register non-static key in rxe_cleanup_task" In the function rxe_create_qp(), rxe_qp_from_init() is called to initialize qp, internally things like rxe_init_task are not setup until rxe_qp_init_req(). If an error occurred before this point then the unwind will call rxe_cleanup() and eventually to rxe_qp_do_cleanup()/rxe_cleanup_task() which will oops when trying to access the uninitialized spinlock. If rxe_init_task is not executed, rxe_cleanup_task will not be called.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched/psi: use kernfs polling functions for PSI trigger polling Destroying psi trigger in cgroup_file_release causes UAF issues when a cgroup is removed from under a polling process. This is happening because cgroup removal causes a call to cgroup_file_release while the actual file is still alive. Destroying the trigger at this point would also destroy its waitqueue head and if there is still a polling process on that file accessing the waitqueue, it will step on the freed pointer: do_select vfs_poll do_rmdir cgroup

As comment of device_add() says, it should call put_device() to drop the reference count that was set in device_initialize() when it fails, so the name can be freed in kobject_cleanup().
