n8n has a Webhook Node IP Whitelist Bypass via Partial String Matching
n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. From 1.36.0 to before 2.2.0, the Webhook node’s IP whitelist validation performed partial string matching instead of exact IP comparison. As a result, an incoming request could be accepted if the source IP address merely contained the configured whitelist entry as a substring. This issue affected instances where workflow editors relied on IP-based access controls to restrict webhook access. Both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses were impacted. An attacker with a non-whitelisted IP could bypass restrictions if their IP shared a partial prefix with a trusted address, undermining the intended security bo
Malicious website can execute commands on the local system through XSS in the OpenCode web UI
OpenCode is an open source AI coding agent. The markdown renderer used for LLM responses will insert arbitrary HTML into the DOM. There is no sanitization with DOMPurify or even a CSP on the web interface to prevent JavaScript execution via HTML injection. This means controlling the LLM response for a chat session gets JavaScript execution on the http://localhost:4096 origin. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.1.10.
OpenCode's Unauthenticated HTTP Server Allows Arbitrary Command Execution
OpenCode is an open source AI coding agent. Prior to 1.0.216, OpenCode automatically starts an unauthenticated HTTP server that allows any local process (or any website via permissive CORS) to execute arbitrary shell commands with the user's privileges. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.216.
orval MCP client is vulnerable to a code injection attack.
orval generates type-safe JS clients (TypeScript) from any valid OpenAPI v3 or Swagger v2 specification. Prior to 7.18.0, the MCP server generation logic relies on string manipulation that incorporates the summary field from the OpenAPI specification without proper validation or escaping. This allows an attacker to "break out" of the string literal and inject arbitrary code. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.18.0.
A security flaw has been discovered in questdb ui up to 1.11.9. Impacted is an unknown function of the component Web Console. The manipulation results in cross site scripting. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. Upgrading to version 1.1.10 is recommended to address this issue. The patch is identified as b42fd9f18476d844ae181a10a249e003dafb823d. You should upgrade the affected component. The vendor confirmed early that the fix "is going to be released as a part of QuestDB 9.3.0" as well.
HAXcms Has Stored XSS Vulnerability that May Lead to Account Takeover
HAX CMS helps manage microsite universe with PHP or NodeJs backends. In versions 11.0.6 to before 25.0.0, HAX CMS is vulnerable to stored XSS, which could lead to account takeover. This issue has been patched in version 25.0.0.
Angular has XSS Vulnerability via Unsanitized SVG Script Attributes
Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to versions 19.2.18, 20.3.16, 21.0.7, and 21.1.0-rc.0, a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in the Angular Template Compiler. The vulnerability exists because Angular’s internal sanitization schema fails to recognize the href and xlink:href attributes of SVG <script> elements as a Resource URL context. This issue has been patched in versions 19.2.18, 20.3.16, 21.0.7, and 21.1.0-rc.0.
Ghost is a Node.js content management system. In versions 5.38.0 through 5.130.5 and 6.0.0 through 6.10.3, a vulnerability in Ghost’s media inliner mechanism allows staff users in possession of a valid authentication token for the Ghost Admin API to exfiltrate data from internal systems via SSRF. This issue has been patched in versions 5.130.6 and 6.11.0.
Ghost is a Node.js content management system. In versions 5.90.0 through 5.130.5 and 6.0.0 through 6.10.3, a vulnerability in Ghost's /ghost/api/admin/members/events endpoint allows users with authentication credentials for the Admin API to execute arbitrary SQL. This issue has been patched in versions 5.130.6 and 6.11.0.
Ghost is a Node.js content management system. In versions 5.121.0 through 5.130.5 and 6.0.0 through 6.10.3, a vulnerability in Ghost's handling of Staff Token authentication allowed certain endpoints to be accessed that were only intended to be accessible via Staff Session authentication. External systems that have been authenticated via Staff Tokens for Admin/Owner-role users would have had access to these endpoints. This issue has been patched in versions 5.130.6 and 6.11.0.
Ghost is a Node.js content management system. In versions 5.105.0 through 5.130.5 and 6.0.0 through 6.10.3, a vulnerability in Ghost's 2FA mechanism allows staff users to skip email 2FA. This issue has been patched in versions 5.130.6 and 6.11.0.
React Router has CSRF issue in Action/Server Action Request Processing
React Router is a router for React. In @remix-run/server-runtime version prior to 2.17.3. and react-router 7.0.0 through 7.11.0, React Router (or Remix v2) is vulnerable to CSRF attacks on document POST requests to UI routes when using server-side route action handlers in Framework Mode, or when using React Server Actions in the new unstable RSC modes. There is no impact if Declarative Mode (<BrowserRouter>) or Data Mode (createBrowserRouter/<RouterProvider>) is being used. This issue has been patched in @remix-run/server-runtime version 2.17.3 and react-router version 7.12.0.
React Router is a router for React. In @remix-run/router version prior to 1.23.2 and react-router 7.0.0 through 7.11.0, React Router (and Remix v1/v2) SPA open navigation redirects originating from loaders or actions in Framework Mode, Data Mode, or the unstable RSC modes can result in unsafe URLs causing unintended javascript execution on the client. This is only an issue if you are creating redirect paths from untrusted content or via an open redirect. There is no impact if Declarative Mode (<BrowserRouter>) is being used. This issue has been patched in @remix-run/router version 1.23.2 and react-router version 7.12.0.
React Router is a router for React. In @remix-run/react version prior to 2.17.3. and react-router 7.0.0 through 7.11.0, a XSS vulnerability exists in in React Router's <ScrollRestoration> API in Framework Mode when using the getKey/storageKey props during Server-Side Rendering which could allow arbitrary JavaScript execution during SSR if untrusted content is used to generate the keys. There is no impact if server-side rendering in Framework Mode is disabled, or if Declarative Mode (<BrowserRouter>) or Data Mode (createBrowserRouter/<RouterProvider>) is being used. This issue has been patched in @remix-run/react version 2.17.3 and react-route
React Router has Path Traversal in File Session Storage
React Router is a router for React. In @react-router/node versions 7.0.0 through 7.9.3, @remix-run/deno prior to version 2.17.2, and @remix-run/node prior to version 2.17.2, if createFileSessionStorage() is being used from @react-router/node (or @remix-run/node/@remix-run/deno in Remix v2) with an unsigned cookie, it is possible for an attacker to cause the session to try to read/write from a location outside the specified session file directory. The success of the attack would depend on the permissions of the web server process to access those files. Read files cannot be returned directly to the attacker. Session file reads would only succee
React Router is a router for React. In @remix-run/react versions 1.15.0 through 2.17.0. and react-router versions 7.0.0 through 7.8.2, a XSS vulnerability exists in in React Router's meta()/<Meta> APIs in Framework Mode when generating script:ld+json tags which could allow arbitrary JavaScript execution during SSR if untrusted content is used to generate the tag. There is no impact if the application is being used in Declarative Mode (<BrowserRouter>) or Data Mode (createBrowserRouter/<RouterProvider>). This issue has been patched in @remix-run/react version 2.17.1 and react-router version 7.9.0.
React Router has unexpected external redirect via untrusted paths
React Router is a router for React. In versions 6.0.0 through 6.30.1 and 7.0.0 through 7.9.5, an attacker-supplied path can be crafted so that when a React Router application navigates to it via navigate(), <Link>, or redirect(), the app performs a navigation/redirect to an external URL. This is only an issue if you are passing untrusted content into navigation paths in your application code. This issue has been patched in versions 6.30.2 and 7.9.6.
JavaScript SDK v2 users should add validation to the region parameter value in or migrate to v3
CVSSv3.1 Rating: 3.7 (LOW)
Summary
This notification is related to the use of specific values for the region input field when calling AWS services. An actor with access to the environment in which the SDK is used could set the region input field to an invalid value. Per the AWS shared responsibility model, customer applications should protect instances appropriately, or implement proper input sanitization checks. The AWS SDK for JavaScript v2 reached end-of-support on September 8, 2025, but a defense-in-depth enhancement has been implemented in AWS SDK for JavaScript v3. Please migrate to that version.

Shakapacker has environment variable leak via EnvironmentPlugin that exposes secrets to client-side bundles
### Summary
Since 2017, the default webpack plugins have passed the entire `process.env` to `EnvironmentPlugin`. This pattern exposed ALL build environment variables to client-side JavaScript bundles whenever application code (or any dependency) referenced `process.env.VARIABLE_NAME`.
This is not a regression - the vulnerable code has existed since the original Webpacker implementation. No recent code change in Shakapacker triggered this issue.
### Impact
Any environment variable in the build environment that is referenced in client-side code (including third-party dependencies) is embedded directly into the JavaScript bundle. This includ
